HGT Construction has executed numerous residential construction projects over its history. We’ve been tasked with a number of difficult projects, including luxury apartments, courtyard cottage gardens, and accompanying exterior work. We are proud to put our brand on any work we complete because we know it will be of the highest quality.

Why HGT for your Residential Project?

HGT routinely build numerous bespoke home building projects from large individual houses to complete refurbishments, extensions and other home improvements. The design can be managed in house or HGT will build the project from designs by others.

Often HGT provides detailed design from ‘outline’ plans produced by others with high-end specifications whereas our in house design team help develop the detailed design in glass, Oak, aluminium as well as other products to provide unique designs to a high standard finish.

All projects are provided with cost certainty via detailed tenders and all projects will be managed against a programme issued to the client before the build commences.
